• Handcrafted items may show slight variations – these attest to their artisanal quality
• Ceramic colors may differ slightly from screen images
• All measurements are approximate
3. ORDER PROCESS
- Selection of items
- Cart verification
- Secure checkout (SSL encrypted)
- Order confirmation email
- Shipping notification
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
• All prices in EUR (€), inclusive of French VAT
• Accepted methods: Credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay
• Custom duties for non-EU orders are customer’s responsibility
5. DELIVERY TERMS
• Standard processing: 2-3 business days
• Express service available for +€25
• Risk transfers upon carrier acceptance
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
• 14-day return period from delivery date
• Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by all certificates
7. WARRANTY
• 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects
• Does not cover:
- Normal wear
- Accidental damage
- Improper care

We’re not liable for delays caused by:
